Our return policy lasts 30 days. After receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at vera.brand.co@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped to: Via Barberia 24, Bologna, 40123, Italy. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as customized or personalized products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day right of withdrawal — European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at vera.brand.co@gmail.com.
